We prep the surfaces and paint with Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore. Your project manager walks the job with you.

We walk the finished exterior with you before we call it done.
The prep that decides how long it lasts
Anyone can put color on a surface. How well a finish holds up comes down to the prep that happens before the first coat.
- Pressure wash the entire envelope and let it dry fully before anything is coated
- Scrape and sand all loose and failing paint back to a sound edge, then feather it out
- Replace rotted trim, fascia and siding boards rather than caulking over them
- Spot-prime every bare surface and re-caulk every joint before the finish goes on
What we put on your home
We specify per surface, not one product for the whole property.
- Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore exterior paints, chosen for the surface
- Elastomeric or masonry coatings on stucco where hairline cracking is present
- Exterior waterborne enamel on doors and shutters so they do not block shut in summer
- Bonding and stain-blocking primers on bare wood, tannin-rich cedar and chalked substrate
What a cheap job looks like two years later
If you are comparing bids and one is dramatically lower, this is usually where the money came out.
- Spraying over dirt and chalk, which means the new coat is only stuck to the old failure
- Caulk smeared over rot so the damage keeps spreading behind a good-looking wall
- Thin single-coat spray with no back-roll, which leaves half the mil thickness it should
- Painting late in the fall below the product's minimum cure temperature

QWhat does the warranty cover on an exterior?
Our workmanship warranty length depends on the paint you choose: Latitude 6 years, Duration 9 years, Emerald Rain Refresh 12 years. Weather, hail and wind damage are not covered. See the warranty page for the full terms.
QDo I need to pay a deposit?
No. There's no upfront deposit.
QWho will I work with?
