Using this site

This website is provided for information about our painting services. The content, photographs and copy on it belong to Right Touch Painting and may not be reproduced without permission.

Estimates and proposals

Prices and ranges shown on this website are general guidance, not offers. The only binding number is the written proposal an owner provides after walking your property.

Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the document.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior work in Colorado depends on temperature and precipitation. We reserve the right to reschedule exterior work when conditions would compromise the finish, and we will keep you informed when that happens.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your proposal. Work is generally invoiced on completion, with a deposit on larger projects.

Warranty

Warranty terms are stated on your proposal and summarized on our warranty page. The written proposal governs where the two differ.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
