Aurora housing stock is 1960s and 70s ranches in the west, 1990s to 2010s builds out east, and it is mostly brick ranches and split-levels near Havana, newer two-stories toward Southlands. The exteriors we meet here are brick with painted trim, masonite and hardboard lap, vinyl on some 90s builds and stucco on newer east-side builds, and each of those wants a different prep and a different product.
Flat, open and exposed on the east side, there is no wind break out past E-470, so south and west walls take the full load.

- Thin single-coat spray with no back-roll, which leaves half the mil thickness it should
