Mountain View, Colorado · Jefferson County
A full repaint of body, trim, fascia, soffit, shutters and doors, built around prep that survives Colorado sun, wind and freeze-thaw. Mountain View is part of the Denver Metro we serve. We've been painting Denver Metro homes since 2015 and have completed more than 10,000 of them.
Mountain View housing stock is 1920s through 1950s, and it is mostly bungalows and cottages in a nineteen-block town. The exteriors we meet here are original wood lap, brick and stucco, and each of those wants a different prep and a different product.
Almost everything here predates 1978, so lead-safe practices and careful hand prep are part of every exterior.
Geographically, Mountain View sits a small enclave off 44th Avenue, surrounded by Wheat Ridge and Denver, in Jefferson County.

Anyone can put color on a wall. How well it holds up comes down to the prep before the first coat.
We specify per surface, not one product for the whole property. On Mountain View's original wood lap and brick, that matters.
If you are comparing bids and one is dramatically lower, this is usually where the money came out.

There is no honest flat rate, because substrate and condition: sound stucco is quicker than 1970s cedar that needs scraping, amount of carpentry and rot repair found during prep and stories and access: steep lots, walk-outs and tight side yards add staging all move the number. We walk your property and send you a written estimate. There's no upfront deposit.
Almost everything here predates 1978, so lead-safe practices and careful hand prep are part of every exterior. On original wood lap and brick, that usually shows up before anything else, which is why our prep list here leads with pressure wash the entire envelope and let it dry fully before anything is coated.
Our written workmanship warranty length depends on the paint you choose: Latitude 6 years, Duration 9 years, Emerald Rain Refresh 12 years. Weather, hail and wind damage are not covered. See the warranty page for the full terms.
